Jesse has in my mind the #1 1-on-1 personal training gym in the Des amoines metro. Everything from the thought and professionalism of the training, to nutritional guidance, but in most part the content of his character. Fantastic training here! Jesse will make you feel comfortable getting out of your comfort zone whether it's for one on one training or addiction recovery. Pushes you mentally and physically!
