Best equipment in town, none of that prehistoric, bent, rust covered junk you see at locations to be unnamed in town. Great owner, great staff. Free general fitness classes, saunas, 4 squat racks in the general fitness area, dumbbells almost up to 200lbs, deadlift platform with bumper plates, 8 station Hammer strength cable machine and another 4 station cable machine. Leg extension and seated/lying leg curl machines, treadmills, bikes, rowers, quadruple the plate loaded equipment of PF. Top choice, hands down.

Very friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Classes for all levels, personal trainers available for that extra workout bonus, up to date equipment. Truly a place for everyone for health and wellness.
