Life In Motion Physical Therapy - Pelvic Floor Therapy - Dubuque

I had an incredible experience with Logan at Life in Motion! She helped me feel confident in my body playing volleyball and weightlifting after having two kids. She is a great listener, and I really felt that she was able to use my feedback each session to apply to my home exercise program. I also loved her flexibility as a mom with young kids (aka unpredictable schedule sometimes). Logan is so well rounded and a wealth of knowledge, I would highly recommend!

I worked with Logan to help strength my core since I am dealing with ab separation after 2 pregnancies. She worked closely with me on a plan and taught me how to brace correctly to keep my core engaged. It is a work in progress and I will continue to use the techniques she taught me. I was able to see the results when I train Olympic style lifts that I learn. It was great to work with her and I highly recommend moms to get the help they need instead of trying to figure it out on their own.
