Logan was INCREDIBLE to work with throughout my pregnancy and postpartum recovery. As an active person, I really wanted to maintain my strength, and thanks to her help, I was able to keep lifting weights up to 37 weeks pregnant! She helped me stay pain-free during pregnancy, something I was especially nervous about since I’ve always struggled with back issues.
