    Logan was INCREDIBLE to work with throughout my pregnancy and postpartum recovery. As an active person, I really wanted to maintain my strength, and thanks to her help, I was able to keep lifting weights up to 37 weeks pregnant! She helped me stay pain-free during pregnancy, something I was especially nervous about since I’ve always struggled with back issues. Logan gave me personalized exercises and stretches to strengthen my core and prevent back pain, which made such a difference.

    She not only answered all my pelvic floor questions but also helped me navigate safe weightlifting during pregnancy. I highly recommend doing pelvic floor therapy with Logan!! She made my first pregnancy so much more enjoyable and my birth experience much more manageable.

    Logan was amazing to work with- I learned a ton, not only about pelvic floor therapy, but overall body movement and strength training and how it really is all connected! My strength and coordination has improved by the exercises she helped guide me through.

    Logan is amazing. She listens and truly cares about her patients. I suffered with nerve pain for 10 years and after physical therapy I feel great. She has changed my life. I would recommend her to anyone.

    I had a wonderful experience with Logan. Being in the medical field myself I was shocked to see one of my key issues was how I brace my core/breathing. She is extremely knowledgeable and is dedicated to helping find the right exercises and treatment for each area of complaint. I love that everything she does is through the goal of helping your body to heal and balance the muscles that will allow for endurance of activities- running, agility sports, sneezing and jumping :) I highly recommend her to all of those individuals looking for support after having babies or any of pelvic floor complaint!

    I started to see Logan to see if she could assist with some issues I was having postpartum. I felt that I made tremendous progress. I went for 1 specific issue but as I was telling Logan about a bunch of different things I experienced after giving birth for the first time, she helped me focus on ALL issues. I was able to build muscle again which helped with the “mom butt” women seem to develop from always pushing our pelvic floor forward while being pregnant. Logan listened and focused on my concerns and always went above and beyond to rule out any potential problems. After 12 sessions, I was finally feeling like myself again and was provided the tools to continue to get better and prevent these issues for my next pregnancy. I have already recommended Logan to many different people in my life who have a variety of different issues they want to solve!

    Logan was very welcoming, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She helped me gain confidence in my pelvic health through tailored strength training and showed me that my body can do more than I thought it could. She helped me solve my pain issues completely. I will be returning when the need arises and highly recommend her to anyone nervous about taking the next step of committing to physical therapy!

    I started having right side back pain March/April 2024. It would spasm and be very painful. I also started to have left side nerve pain in my glutes. I tried chiropractor appointments, massages and stretching with no luck. The nerve pain continued and eventually went down my left leg. I went to my primary doctor who gave me stretches and exercises to do. The next time we tried the steroid pack. That still didn't work so I went to the pelvic floor specialist. After no improvement, I was sent to an ortho doctor. He eventually gave me a shot. It helped temporarily.
    I heard great things about Logan Lynch, so I thought it couldn't hurt to try one more thing. Through much work and many tears I started noticing improvement. Logan listened to me and worked one on one with me. She watched me move and noticed what I was doing incorrectly with my movements. I have had to strengthen many smaller muscles, do many exercises, and sometimes change moves on the spot. Logan never gave up on me and will not quit until I am able to move without pain. I am so grateful to be able to do more everyday activities pain free. I am looking forward to a more active life.

    If you are contemplating visiting Logan/Life in Motion, make the appointment! I visited Logan to help me strengthen my core and get back to working out like I did prior to my three pregnancies. I have learned so much during my sessions and love having the at home workouts/videos readily accessible via her app.

    I had been dealing with pain and discomfort for so many months at the point that I had met Logan. My pain had become my “new normal” and I thought I would never be pain-free again! Logan was determined to change that and her level of investment in my care was obvious from day one. Now, here I am, PAIN-FREE!!! My wins have been her wins and again this speaks to her commitment to the process! Very grateful to the specialized/individualized care and programming I have received at Life in Motion and will continue to speak highly of Dr Logan Lynch!!!!
