UnityPoint Health - Blank Children's Neurology

So the parking is an absolute nightmare. Don't plan on just being on time. You need AT LEAST 15-20 minutes to park your vehicle and get to where you need to go inside of the hospital. I believe the psych department should be absolutely vigilant in relaying this information to every last caller as missing a psych appointment could all too easily result in death. Yet as I'm sitting here in the office listening to them take calls they are not. They did ONCE because I vocalized the importance of the issue to the person that I was in the waiting room with. It is an important courtesy that is absolutely paramount in psychiatric customer care.

I have a 15 year old with type 2 diabetes. Endocrinology has been wonderful. Nurses, Dr.s all staff kind,considerate, great with me and my child. Extremely happy with their service..

Extremely good doctors & surgeons. Nurses for most part are excellent. The picu nurses are awesome. Nice and curteous. Er doc is the best. Ortho surgeon is the best. They are a great bunch of professionals.
