I have family buried at Sunset. I have seen the property drastically change for the better. They added a new funeral home on-site and the cemetery looks so much better.An overall great location. Celebration of Life, Traditional funeral/burial or Cremation funeral services with or without a burial. Love the cremation garden niches on east side of funeral home. Southside Des Moines near the airport.

Always had a positive experience with the people here.been hear way to many times but now my final spot isdone.shout out to Kari for doing an awesome job. Thank you for the best job ever.john also Meryl hay for there awesome job also.took care of everything professionally. Thank u again

I didn't choose this place my relatives (R.I.P) did and I have to say while I've had my share of issues over the years with ground crews, damaged headstones, stuck vases, sod issues etc. once brought to management's attention they do get right to fixing the problem and they have always given a follow up call. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is bc I was always told I couldn't have standing headstone or a bench yet some ppl do
