Madison “Maddie” Gonzalez was AMAZING!!! She was VERY knowledgeable, VERY helpful and VERY professional! She walked me through the whole process of what she was doing so that I could understand everything with my taxes. Also, she is VERY easy to talk to and has AMAZING vibes! This was the best tax experience I have ever had. I have been paying filing for 64 years. Madison was fast, fun, efficient. She was so pleasant and I relaxed almost immediately.. I was in and out in 40 minutes and so grateful for everything she did. Everything was over -- I had been dreading all of it and realized that every year that follows will be a pleasant experience if she is there to help me. .

We had a wonderful experience with Jackson Hewitt and our tax preparer Madison Gonzales she was extremely great with customer service she made us feel very comfortable she was very friendly and had so much patience she took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything thouroughly she was very knowledgeable and educated we had a difficult situation we were dealing with in order to file our taxes and she was very professional and was able to navigate us through it all took the time and the patience to do it all while we also had our three-year-old grandson and our 5 day old granddaughter in there as well our grandson who was acting out she even offered... read full review
