Our cat we can only assume suffered his last few days before his death. We tried several times to call and make an appointment so we could help him pass quickly without suffering, and every time, the call would just go to voice-mail with a full mailbox so we could never leave a message. Two days after his death while driving by, we couldn't help but notice that the office/clinic was actually open with someone there. Too little too late for us and our needs.The website says, "Our clinic is open evenings and weekends to serve pet owners during the hours that they are likely to need us the most!" Very Compassionate Care. Through, explains options in term we can understand. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Dr. Shipley has treated my calves as well.Highly recommended
