There aren't enough stars for the work he did. We had a problem and had TWO plumbers before I got in touch with Josh. I was told that it was likely a pipe collapse (old house) and it would require DIGGING UP THE PIPE AND REPLACING.
When I talked to Josh, and told him where the house was, he immediately told me that wasn't the case. His knowledge of Council Bluffs was superior. He went to the house the following morning and found the issue and fixed it. It was just clogged.

He showed up promptly and got right to work. Knew exactly what to do, and explained it in terms we could understand. We were having a tree root problem and he was experienced in this. Before he was done, he made sure everything was flowing smooth and showed us the camera so we could see what was going on. Gave us a couple of recommendations on what to do going forward. Cleaned up everything, Was very professional.
We were very impressed with him.
We had a water line break in our utility room late on Friday afternoon. Got Josh’s number from our neighbor. Called and explained what happened. Because his crew had gone home for the weekend he personally came out and fixed the leak. We can’t say enough good things about him and his work!
