I got a massage here and it was a 10/10 experience. Caitlyn checked us in and got us settled in the relaxation room - she was so sweet and so great at her job. Julie did my massage and was so calming and wonderful. The facilities are so nice and create such a zen environment. Will be back as soon as possible!

Best spa around! ✨ I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early so you can relax in the relaxation room and enjoy the complimentary drink before your service, it really sets the mood.
I’ve seen quite a few different massage therapists here over time. Like anywhere, some experiences were better than others, but my favorites are Adriana S and Zoe Hanson.
I also got my eyebrows laminated here for the first time. Unfortunately it was raining that day and I wasn’t told they shouldn’t get wet right after the treatment, so they didn’t hold and it ended up being a waste. ? Spa Bilancia is AMAZING! They gave the best massage. They listened to my requests of where I needed the most pressure and where it was tender. I couldn’t tell you the last time I was so relaxed. Book yourself a spa day- you won’t regret it one bit!!!
