My friend and I decided to go get ear piercings done by Jerry and he did an amazing job! I got my conch pierced (photo taken an hour after) and it was so quick and smooth I was very surprised! Compared to most other studios in Iowa City they are inexpensive, the jewelry is much cheaper than any other place I’ve been to. Will definitely be going back to get my other ear done!
I had Jerry do my first tattoo and it came out looking exactly like the reference image I wanted. He did a really good job. He was also very nice and we had good conversations throughout, and I will definitely be going to hotspot again when I’m ready for new tattoos.
Super friendly and accommodating—he was even able to fit me in the same day since I had a small design and already knew the placement. The service was great from start to finish. He really took his time printing multiple stencils to make sure I loved the size and placement, which I appreciated so much. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a tattoo!
