Arrived on time and helped immensely with alleviating the accumulation of everything that has built up for three, cats included in that accumulation. The carpet smells fresh and it all dries in just a couple hours as well. I had gone back and forth over the course of couple days over e-mail (since I get anxious with phone calls) and they were very cordial and answered all my questions as well. Kudos to my cleaner today as well! He was very nice and cordial, wish a girl could tip but he had excellent service today and was pretty chill. Excellent, efficient, high quality service. Landon and Ben were kind, professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. I felt safe with them in my home. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and windows. We will be using their services again.
The technicians were very polite and professional. The carpets in the hall didn't seem to get very clean and when I called they stood behind their service. A technician came and redid the hallway at no charge. I would recommend Heavens Best for carpet cleaning.
