Dan is meticulous and reviews the claim thoroughly to look for any errors or deductions we may have missed. This prevents audits which is not something we want to go through. He answers his own phone, and if he needs to research he does and gets back to you. We use him for our business and home, and have complete trust in his knowledge and experience. We will never go to anyone else. So if it takes a couple of weeks to get your refund, believe me, it is worth it! I find him personable and friendly, from the first day we met with him.
