quick from arrival to room, kind staff & vets, and although my cat doesn't love his trips there, he's always gotten top notch care (sorry buddy, you had to get stitches and wear that cast!)
Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly to me and my pup. Vet tech was nice and knowledgeable and Dr. Melendez was so kind and gentle with my puppy and gave lots of advice and recommendations. Facility was clean and they had the best treat of all- squeeze cheese.
I took my puppy there was my first time as a new dog mom and my puppy’s first time. Everyone was so nice warm and welcoming. I loved she went through everything with me explained it and did what she had to do to care for him. She gave me updates during testing and when she started to do the vaccines. It was nice to see and hear he was in good hands. Their system here is amazing but also their kindness and compassion. The building is well cleaned and cared for.
