My father in law has had visits, never heard back from anyone. He calls. No one answers. And this has been going on for awhile. And apparently this is normal because my wife works in health care and she says the same about how TERRIBLE Iowa Heart is with communication and customer service. And according to her, there is no other option. This is TERRIBLE. Please do better.

Check in was smooth. Nurse got to me quickly. There was a delay between the nurse leaving and the doctor arriving, but it wasn't terrible.
Dr Sorentino is just spectacular. Would recommend her to anyone who needs treatment or consultation for arrhythmia.

Do not use this location. They don’t seem to care much about their patients. It would be lovely if they would answer their phones or return voicemails from patients, pharmacy or even other MercyOne heart locations. Their administrative incompetence reflects their doctor’s level of professionalism.

They do NOT answer the phone. Try any other telephone number connected to Iowa Heart and they will help you with your inquiry.

They still don’t know how to answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes still currently waiting while writing this. If others have complained for awhile now then you need to talk to your staff. Please

I waited 15 minutes to get checked in. The nurse comes out, calls my name, and then yells at me that I'm not checked in yet. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed with my experience here.
