Mark Stenberg at Hicks has been doing my taxes for a few years now, even though I have moved out of town! He has been great in explaining and answering all our questions, following up with phone calls to make sure he addresses all of our concerns. We used Hicks to do our taxes for the first time. Chris Knuth did our taxes and we had such a great experience. I have used Turbo Tax in previous years. We will be taking our taxes to Chris in the future.
