Friendly ladies! What I like most about them is that they are honest about the turn around time. They won't just take your money and tell you they will get it done tomorrow when they can't. They will let you know how soon you are able to pick it up.

I was shocked when I saw some of these ratings. I have used them for nearly 15 years and absolutely love their work and excellent customer service. The alterations are done in house and the dry cleaning is sent out.Service: Alterations

Seamstress lady is the best by far on the entire island. I've been going to her for literally 2 decades and she's never failed me. She can do everything, wherever it is and is very creative. Also, their customer service is great. Communication is always key with dry cleaning and alterations. So as long as you're clear and descriptive, satisfaction is guaranteed! I LOVE this particular shop/location (Waipio Gentry). Thank you guys so much for always coming through!Service: Alterations
