Cool Air Inc. is great to work with! Owner Derek made a quick and convenient appointment and sent his expert technician right over. Technician John Capirma was at our home and worked until he found a cracked pipe in one of the 5 split system HVAC units and repaired it on the spot. The entire system is now working like a charm. John and his co-worker were wearing masks and could not have been nicer or more efficient. Thank you Derek and John. I highly recommend Cool Air for their excellent and professional service!

I wish I could give 6 stars. The expertise and service Derek and his Cool Air team provided was above and beyond. We always suspected our central AC system wasn't great when we bought our house 2 years ago, but when it stopped working we called a number of other companies that were either unavailable or ended up offering band-aid solutions. We are SO LUCKY a friend suggested the the Cool Air team. Derek called us immediately after we reached out and his team came by the next day! They evaluated the whole house and gave us an incredibly fair quote for what needed to be done. It was so refreshing and I cannot say enough about their customer service! Wow! Great crew great service great company. What a blessing to know there are companies out there that are fair and care about the customer. Derick runs the most professional organization and has an awesome set of guys doing great work. I cannot say enough of how great they are. They put in two new central air conditioning units in for me at an AWESOME price and a timely and efficient way. They completely revamped the way my ducts in my attic. It is so much better than what was originally done when the house was built. I would recommend this Cool AC to ANY AND EVERYONE!
