This place deserves no business. Poor service. Could not getanyone to help me when I pulled in. Talked to a man named Noahwho was rude, short and disrespectful.

I did not have a bad experience like the other reviewers. I called to get some gravel brought in, they said they could do it and would give me a call for what days they could do. Called them the next day and they said they could do it that weekend, which worked great. They arrived on time, dumped it all where we needed, and it was done. No rude people that I encountered, everyone was friendly.

Went there to buy topsoil and no one was around. Called the number on the door and a guy told us told to wait. We waited over 20 mins. No one showed up. We called the number back as we were leaving. The guy seemed surprised, like he was only remembering us right then. He said he'd be right down. We told him never mind, we were leaving. This place needs some new management. Sluggish employees that seem put out when asked for assistance, the place itself has gotten progressively messier and junkier looking. We won't be back. PS - We are a landscaping contractor.

Same experience as the other bad reviews. We showed up to get help and advice for our new home with a large lot. We need a complete project, not just a few things. There was one guy there that pointed one palm out to us and got in his truck and drove away. As far as we could tell there was no one else there or they didn't want our business. We left feeling uncomfortable and unwanted.

I have never been to a business where the employees were such assh*les. It's almost as if they don't want your business. I'm not sure what the companie's objective is, but I can tell you, customer service is not one of them. I would recommend going anywhere else for your nursery needs. If you are an employee at the Kihei Garden and Landscaping Company reading this, please go f**k yourself. Mahalo.
