The staff is so helpful and caring, with the front desk receptionist being outstanding. They tell patients the insurance coverage up front and offer prompt documentation for insurance claims, making it a totally recommended urgent care option in the Wailea-Makena area.
Went to get an adjustment for nursemaids elbow on my toddler. Fast and nurturing care. The kids exam room even had toys for to keep her occupied. Dr. Ryan was the absolute best. Quickly made the adjustment and helped her gain confidence back with dinosaur toys, high fives, shakas, and a blue raspberry popsicle. Can't recommend this urgent care enough if you are in need.
They do not accept Medicare insurance, so I left.
