Staff here is excellent. You can see how they love their jobs from the front office, techs and doctors. Knowledgeable and show of compassion when seeing your pet family when not feeling well or routine well check visit.
Dr. Sakaino is truly amazing. He keeps up with my cats health and compares notes with the emergency vet when needed, and also calls us to check up on his progress. One night he called around 7:15pm (they close at 6) to update us on some blood test results so I know he stays late and is dedicated to helping animals and owners alike. He, and the entire staff understand how important our fur babies are to us and take excellent care. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone with a fur baby.
Absolutely the best veterinary experience we have ever had. Our beloved Iniki was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and our regular vet did not have time to fit us in. I searched and was lucky enough to find Mililani Town Center Pet Clinic and the incredible Dr. Jordan.We made an appointment and even though they did not know us or Iniki, they were so kind, so thoughtful, so understanding and so professional that our Iniki's last moments were precious.
