The gentlemen from Big Island Tree Service completed a second job for us today, removing two large travelers' palms that were located close to two sides to our residence. The work was done efficiently and neatly, plus all of the employees are extremely courteous and pleasant (including the office staff). Mahalos to owner Ryan and all of the workers at Big Island Tree.

Was very impressed in the professional service and safety precautions these men took to complete this job. They arrived at the time and on time , then went right to work. For a three man team, no one had to be told what to do, they just adjusted to each function without thinking on what's next. A perfect example of man and machine working together, oh yes.. the tree guy was very good at what he does, I thought pole climbing was easy ,compared to tree trimming, there's no comparison. Pole climbing is high but tree climbing is high and wide.....and they cleaned up before they left!
