Great service! Went for a pedicure one day & returned for my nail a few days later. I liked that they had conversation with us, we talked motorcycles! I will return the next time I'm on the island

I called eight different places in Lihue and Kapaa to get pedicures and none of them answered. Kauai Nail Spa was the first to answer. I asked to make appointments for 6 pedicures whenever they had availability. They said 10:00 for the next morning and I said great. I show up with my group and the ladies looked like deer in the headlights. They said they had no record of us calling. I checked my phone call history and theirs was the last number I called, so I'm not sure what happened there. They were very kind and said they would still do our nails.
