GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sunday afternoon on New Year's Day, my daughter and I cruised the Windward side hoping to find an open nail salon. All strip mall salons were closed. Our last attempt was Windward Mall. The salon on the first floor was closed. We spied lights on and open doors upstairs at Le's. We RAN up the stairs and asked if they had time for two gel mani-pedis, plus acrylics for my girl. Mind you, this was at 5:15pm, posted closing time was 6pm, and they appeared to be tidying to close up shop. Ana and her coworker (sorry I didn't get her name!) graciously took us in. I had Kim & she is AMAZING! She's so sweet & she takes really good care of her clients! I got a manicure with full set of acrylic nails & a pedicure. I came in last minute, I didn't know the mall closes at 6pm on sundays. While her coworkers left she stayed over an hour after closing to ensure my nails were perfect! She has lots of different designs to choose from & she has such good energy! I suggest going to her. She's off mondays and fridays so if you go on the other days be sure to ask for her! She even waxed my eyebrows & I just feel so on fleek! Thank you so much Kim!

Mimi was so thorough and careful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the price was high. I will be coming back though because I really feel it is worth it!Services: Gel manicure
