The staff is excellent, very friendly and there was no wait time. This was our first visit after our pediatrician told us both our kids were most likely nearsighted. Dr. Nakagawa is so awesome. Our boys (6 and 9) both have ADHD and he was so patient (staff too), didn't have any frustration or rush anything despite all my boys' curiosity and energy. He went through all the testing patiently and they let us go back with them, I'm used to going to appointments like dentist and stuff where they just take them without me, and he explained everything he was doing in full detail and the diagnosis, what to expect in the future, etc. I was able to purchase their glasses there...read full review
