Waited over a week to be schedule. I called to verify time I was scheduled today in the morning and come to find out I don't have a appointment for the day. I scheduled through Roslyn and gave claim info also and the answering service can't even relay a message to Roslyn, or check when I'm scheduled if I'm scheduled somewhere else by mistake. This was just to stressful to even want to be seen here. Roslyn did call back and said I missed my appointment at 230 she was kind and offer to try to see me sometime today and that she'd review the tapes. I told her having an answering service that tells the patients there not scheduled and the wrong thing is no service to the clinic....read full review
