I had such a Great Experience at the Kailua Kaiser location! Everyone from the front desk to the nurse who administered the Covid-19 shot & the lab tech was super wonderful. The location itself has lots of parking. It’s so organized that I felt so comfortable waiting for my services. Health is so important especially nowadays & it helps us patients feel better about everything. Mahalo Kaiser! You da best!!

Dr Hamilton is amazing . I am so happy to have his as my daughters pediatrician. I feel very comfortable having her care in his hands . Also , Ace in phlebotomy is wonderful. I really have struggled with needles for years and he helped me get past my phobia. I had to get a lot of blood work done during my pregnancy and again when I got sick and Ace has done such a good job each time, I’m not terrified anymore. It helped me have an easier time getting the IVs for my delivery .

Wow, I got here and they got the receptionist helping people to use the express check in instead of actually checking people check in Was an older couple so they needed help. She left them to actually check me in lol. The other receptionist was on lunch so understandable why she was swamped. It's was quick, relatively plain less and definitely impersonal. I will be switching from Kaiser coverage to another so I can have a PCP of my chose and see the same doctor more than once. This place is very clean and conveniently had a pharmacy right there in the front. It feels more like an ER (like you're not supposed to go there???) without the emergency.
