My condo association hired Seal Masters of Hawaii to repair the 96 lanais, which are recessed and function as a living or dining room. They installed a staging that allowed two lanais to be worked on at the same time. Residents of my 0X-0Y stack were told to clear the lanais at the first of September and they are still not finished with the stack in mid-February. To clear my lanai, I had to put the furniture into my second bedroom, which meant that I have been without both the lanai and a bedroom during the nearly six months of their work thus far. Made an appointment with this company to work on a lanai in Waikiki and they never showed and then stopped returning phone calls. Do not do business with them unless you want your time wasted.
