Pat was by far the most professional AC man I've ever dealt with on O'ahu. He took the time to explain the operation and pitfalls of the air conditioners in both rooms and was as pleasant as can be about it. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your A/C needs!
One of our split AC units stopped putting out cold air... I called around and found Pureair Hawaii to be one of the only companies that services Freidrich AC units. Everyone from the rep that scheduled us to the technicians that came out to the house were super friendly. They were able troubleshoot and diagnose our Split AC unit problem. The technician discovered that a gecko had fried against the main control board. He recommended swapping it out with a new board or since our AC unit was 15 years old potentially replacing it with new one. I decided to swap the control board out myself, found a used one on eBay for about $120 after shipping. All in all Purair completed... read full review
