Thank You so very much to Alex of Premiere Autoworks for the Efficient and Excellent body work on my dent, scrape and scratch on my rear door and car body when I "met" a service station concrete protective pillar -- Ouch/Unchi. Alex is friendly, honest, no drama demeanor and I felt Comfortable and Safe interacting with him. Took car in Tuesday and by Thursday noon I had my car's owie fixed and it was "All Good Again". Quick, cost-effective, flawless removal of a ding spanning the two driver's side doors. Had the car ready in 24 hours, and Alex also washed it. Very happy with the service.Requested a quote through Yelp, and the cost was comparable to one other shop, and half the rate charged by a couple others.No paperwork, no useless bureaucracy. Gave my phone # and got a call the next day when the car was ready.Keep in mind there's a credit/debit card processing fee. For some reason, that was equal to the Hawaii state tax, 4.172%. I had to get my BMW brake pads changed along with an oil change. They were straight up with how much it'll cost and I paid much less than I expected to. Alex, the owner, noticed my rear reverse lamp was out and he changed it for free. Customer service is the best! Will come here for my car repairs from now on.
