I was put through the ringer by 3 separate A/C "specialists" before Island Wide A/C stepped up to the plate. Apparently, some companies have preferences on what systems they prefer to work with - this is a conclusion I've arrived at when I listened to the "others" complain about Fujitsu systems. Whether it's based on incentives from suppliers; ignorance of "other" systems; and/or just plain laziness to learn "other" systems. My system is a Fujitsu. Island Wide A/C just stepped up to the plate and hit a walk off home run where the "others" struck out and beaned me with costs for new parts that I may not have needed. Thorough, respectful, competent, systematic are words that come to mind when I think of how Chris and Kasey made my system come back to life without new parts! With this blazing heat here in Waipahu, can't say enough how stoked I am to know I'll have cold A/C blowing when my family and I go to bed tonight!
