Kevin came out to fix an issue for two of the ac units. He was courteous and on time, and the ac units now work! He was also very helpful in arranging the replacement of another unit.
I had a great experience with Air Masters. It started with Kim coming out to service two AC units. He not only addressed the immediate issues but took the time to explain the condition of the systems and provide options moving forward. His recommendation for a new unit, backed by a warranty, gave me confidence in the decision.
I also appreciated that Air Masters was able to fit me into their schedule when an opening became available.
On installation day, Kim and Sherman were professional, efficient, and fast. They completed the replacement smoothly and provided excellent service from start to finish.

Air Masters Inc is great. they installed and maintenanced my AC unit. the lady at the office is amaxing and Justin the tech maintenanced my unit and he was professional and very thorough. my AC unit looked liked new after he maintenanced it. ?
