Dr. Matsui is light years above several other physicians in hawaii as far as bed side manner is concerned. She was extremely diligent in trying to solve my issues, took time to listen, was very detailed in her descriptions, all in all, a breathe of fresh air in a very stale medical world, mahalo nui loa!

My husband and I have been with Kaiser for the past 10 years and we have always had excellent doctors and nursing staff. They have a “get care now” service that’s 24/7 which is extremely helpful.

Janet and Narisa are the best lab techs I’ve ever experienced; no pain, hit the vein first try, and I have tiny veins. I wish I could get them every time because I’ve been to other labs that make me feel like a pin cushion.
