I received a text when Jaden was on his way. He & his partner explained what was going to be done & went right to work. They were professional & pleasant. Our carpet looks brand new. I am happy with Ohana Chem-Dry & will definitely refer them to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned.

I selected Ohana Chem-Dry because they use pet friendly cleaning solutions and had the convenience of making an appointment online, not to mention very good reviews. They texted me when they were about 20 minutes out and arrived right on time. They were able to clean a sofa and loveseat in under an hour and even took it upon themselves to spot clean another piece without my even asking. The two young men were pleasant and respectful and left my home clean and dry, unlike other companies I've used in the past have not done. I would highly recommend Ohana Chem-Dry for your upholstery cleaning needs. I will absolutely be using them again.
