My sales repJE is very responsive and informative. I had a few miscommunication with the office which is why this is not a 5 star rating. In all honesty I’d give them a 4.5 star if I could. The product took a while to but that’s not their fault. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone especially because of how JE helped me through the process. Also the tech support is excellent

Aloha Mai!I wanted to say Mahalo Haleakala Solar & Roofing for coming through to installing a Photovoltaic system for one of my clients! I was working with one of my clients & she shared how expensive her electricity bill was getting with HECO. I mentioned to her that I made an investment & installed Photovoltaic panels through Haleakala Solar & Roofing. Their team was professional & efficient because time was an essence to receive Federal credits, get an approved loan & to organize with HECO. In no time the system was up & running. Haleakala expanded our solar system and installed a Tesla battery on one house and installed a new solar/PV system our second house and we couldn't be happier. Great and friendly staff and prompt service. All our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I'm surprised about the negative reviews regarding service because our experience has been consistently great.
