Poor quality work on 3 pair of shoes. Learned about 30 day warranty on their work when I returned 2 pair for rework within 2 weeks. Tried to charge me again. Overpriced to start with. Forget taking rubber soled shoes.

I initially took my Birkenstocks there to have them resoled.They did...however the heel came off after wearing them for half a day.I took them back and they were happy to correct the issue.I received my shoes backTook them out of the plastic bagPut them on and went downstairsI heard clicking when I walked on my wooden floors.I flipped the shoes over and look how they fixed my shoesSeriouslyAre you kidding me

I took a pair of sandals to have a little piece of the elastic strap replaced. The strap was too long, even after two visits and the stitching was amateurish. I would not recommend their shoe repair.
