I’ve been coming to Pampered since moving to Woodstock 5 years ago. I cannot say enough good things about them! They offer everything you could possibly need and more to feel your best! The place is SO clean, beautiful, and just an all around relaxing vibe. I have yet to meet a person here who has not been kind and 100% dedicated to their jobs! I have always had a wonderful experience with this spa. I have received massages, facials, eyebrow waxes and hair services. The atmosphere is relaxing, clean and very welcoming. The staff is AMAZING, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can tell that they care about their clients and pay attention to detail. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and comfortable experience.

I had Kyla she was so professional! And so welcoming. I always get nervous about getting my hair done and I didn’t once with her she did my hair exactly how I asked for it to get done but even better! Kyla is such a sweet girl! I will definitely be back for her services💗

I’d been going to pampered for nail services for almost 5 months now. Ive always had a great experience, the staff were friendly and I was always thoroughly impressed with my nail techs work.
Unfortunately I was completely blindsided when I got a call days before an appointment basically telling me I could no longer be a client due to bringing my computer to my appointment. I work in the office most days during the week and would take my computer with me on my wfh day when I got my nails done. I wasn’t actively doing much work ( if I did any it was during my pedi ) but mainly I needed it to show I was actively online.
Other than that I have asked to plug my computer up during the medi portion. My nail tech never once voiced this as an issue and would even tell me « it’s no problem » when I would ask her .
So to be called and completely blindsided is extremely disappointing. Especially considering this is a customer service based business and I’d expect transparency and clear communication should be a priority from service providers.
I’ve been about 6 times and it was not once in the slightest brought to my attention , and if it had I would have happily made necessary adjustments. Instead I was made to feel this was okay during appointments then out of the blue being called and told I was making my nail tech uncomfortable by doing this and could no longer be a client . Disappointing.
The woman I spoke to was kind, and understood my confusion and said she’d speak to the nail tech. I told her I appreciated it and understood customer service can be difficult for some people.(perhaps they shouldn’t work in this domain) She said she’d speak to the nail tech to see if anything changes but I realistically wouldn’t spend another dime at this establishment as I’ve been made to feel uncomfortable now.

Found by chance. So glad we booked here. The staff are wonderful and professional. We had a good laugh and chat with both ladies during our pedicure. Felt relaxed and and pampered. The chairs are comfortable.
