The technician Cosmin Bob was absolutely outstanding, thorough, professional, and polite. The company provided me with a sewer scope that was vivid and clear, and I could see every crevice that was in the video and it had given me a very close view of issues that were present in the sewer line.
Entire team, Cosmin, Juan, Pedro, Luis, were very professional and respected my property. They arrived on time and worked the entire day to complete the job. I am confident in the quality of work they performed. For once I feel lucky that I found such a competent company. A wining team here!
An absolute 5 star experience. From start to finish NGI exceeded my expectations. I had a 100 year old cast iron sewer line that needed a 100 ft re-line with CIPP liner. Project manager, Cosmin, was professional, honest, thorough and clear regarding the scope of the project. The team of Juan (team lead), Pedro, Luis and Miguel arrived early on the day of the job and got to work immediately, finishing in half the amount of time that I thought it would take.
