I had a lymphatic drainage massage for the first time and I am hooked! I struggle with allergies and migraines. It immediately reduced puffiness in my face. After I was done with the treatment when I stood up, I felt complete and utter relief in my neck and head, which I have never felt with any massage ever. Had a wonderful relaxing experience and recommend to anyone!
Several years ago I had foot surgery and I have had consistent pain as a result from the procedure. I did MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) with Cindy focusing on my foot and the pain is gone! She did an amazing job focusing on the area of my foot where the pain originated. I wish I knew about this procedure years ago as it really does help. I highly recommend MLD to help with pain and swelling from surgery! Thank you Cindy. ?
