Very clean, super nice staff. Took time to explain everything and let me take notes, met the owner I believe and he was so nice and knowledgeable. What was most impressive was the cost was exponentially less than anywhere else I have gone for the exact same services. It's like all the other vets are price gouging and this place is being fair to the costumer. I'm no expert just how it felt. High recommend!

I will never return to this vet. My wife came home and noticed our 3 year old dog had trouble breathing. Naturally she immediately rushed him to this location. They noticed a large amount of gas in his stomach so they tried to give him Gas-X. He could not keep it down and immediately vomited. So what was their solution? To send him home suggesting to try and get him to keep the Gas-X down. We asked if we should take him to the ER and they said only if he vomits.
Keep in mind our dog was really struggling to breathe, but unfortunately we followed their “professional” advice. They asked us to bring him back the following Monday for another X-ray, but unfortunately our dog was dead 2 hours later. What vet sends a dog home that can hardly breathe?
And to add insult to injury we got a call from them that Monday asking if we needed to reschedule his appointment for the X-rays since we didn’t show up. We informed them our dog passed away and it was no longer necessary. Then we get another call literally the next day with them asking how he is doing and if we needed to reschedule.
To the owners of this clinic or to whoever responds to these reviews: if you’re reading this do not bother responding to me. Spare me the apology. I’m not interested in a performative and insincere apology.
To anyone else reading this: find a more competent vet who knows the severity of bloat when they see it.

My dog has been a patient here for about 4 years now and I’ve been very happy with them. Everyone is very nice and I truly feel they all care about my dog. My dog has been through a cancerous tumor and a thyroid issue, and I’m thankful Dr. Rob and crew have taken great care of my dog!

I've been taking my pet to East Cherokee Vet Clinic from past 3 years and we've been very happy with their service. The staff is very professional and friendly. Easy to get same day or week appointments, staff is great when it comes to follow up for annual checkups or med refills. We went there last week for an annual check up, vaccination and refill of his heartworm med. We were in and out within 40 mis and costed around $285 (annual check up $55 and other for vaccines).

Dr Rob is very personable and professional. Takes his time with your pet during health checkup and an excellent surgeon. The support staff at the front desk and in the back are caring and knowledgeable. Great job all around! Our dogs Murphy and Sullivan get expert care from his entire team! Highly recommend this vet.
