We have used Scott and his team for multiple projects in the last 12 months. Scott sets the time line, expectations and budget and has met these every time. This review is intended only as a buyer beware review. I have left out the emotional aspects (but being left at the altar, so to speak, did sting). The lesson learned from our experience with Scott or any contractor is to ask to see the contract up front. Now the details…..Scott did a great job working with us on a large bathroom renovation during the planning stages that took a couple of months. He spent a lot of time explaining our options and made great recommendations on materials. He really was a huge help. Then, 6 weeks out before starting demo, Scott sent us a contract to sign.
