We purchased our house 3 years ago, bought the warranty and everything. First year, the water heater goes out. When we call the home warranty company, it's a very specific part that went out and that didn't warrant them to replace the entire water heater; only this very small part. Keep in mind this is an older unit so it is going to go out anyway. They tell us they will only pay towards the new water heater the amount of that one component.... so basically nothing. Bobo plumbing was quick and efficient in getting us the new water heater.Fast forward to the present. Our water heater is going out. I go relight the pilot. It goes out in 30 minutes to an hour.... read full review
