I waiting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes until someone showed up. I got there at 145 and thought maybe they were on lunch. No signs were posted letting customers know when they would be back open. It would help to let customers know if you were closed for the day or when you would be back. This has happened twice to me already. I have been here before and have had great experiences. Communicate so your customers know the hours of operation.Service: Pedicure
AMAZING work done by Lily, she made me feel so much more confident with my nails and toes. During my pedicure, they took their time in ensuring I had a luxury experience and were very thorough with their services. For my manicure, I got T.A.P Hybrid Gel underneath along with the DND gel on top for my designs and main color. I also got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed which was a pain-free experience! Would HIGHLY recommend coming here with your friends and family!
The only nail salon I’ve been to where I can say I am 100% happy with how my nails turned out. Shannon was my nail tech and she was absolutely awesome. She was gentle and made sure that my gel nails would last. I am blown away by her exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Great experience.
