In an attempt to reach out and acquire my 1099 form, my old company sent it to an old address by mistake, I was greeted by the sweetest front office lady who seemed eager to help. She took down my information and was going to call me back. Then that's where things went south. Miss Patricia called me back wirh a sour tone as if I ran over her cat. I tried explaining that my old employer did not have an extra copy of my 1099 and that they had sent the original without making copies.
