Simone was wonderful from start to finish! Very personable and bubbly. You can tell she cares and is knowledgeable about hair as well. She accommodated my request to preserve my curls by pinning them up before I left, which was a big deal for me. I will be back because 2 weeks later and this silk press is still silking 👌🏽
