Everything is great until you have a problem. Terri is the worst person to attempt to resolve problems with. I have been dealing with damage to my personal property since February and it is still not resolved. Her idea of handling things is to yell and hang up on you. Clearly nothing gets resolved this way. Next step is to contact the Real Estate Commissioner of Georgia. I just need my property repaired!

Currently renting now with no problems. Mrs. Terri is awesome and understands her tenants needs and wants. She's on top of her stuff always. We hope that there will be more rentals under her once our lease is up. Thank you so much for making our first rental process a breeze!
