My mom had her first Appt at Valdosta Fam Med everyone was very friendly, office could definitely use some organizing (move patients around too much) very old school office. Care so far has been great but don't be in a hurry.

I have tried patiently to deal with the people at this so called "physicians" office for over a year, and allow them to take care of my Mother. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back! I received a text to confirm her regular appointments for Tues, the day after Memorial Day, which I did. My Mother arrived for her appointment and was told that she did not have an appointment that day. So instead of putting Mom on the track to be seen, they put her down as a walk-in. The doctors and nursing staff are fantastic and let you be a part of the decisions regarding medicine and course of actions. The billing and support staff are horrible, i paid my copay of 167 and then received a call that another 120 would be deducted from my acct without receiving a bill from them. When calling to see what this was for, she was extremely rude and aggressive. It was so bad that i apologized, sarcastically, for causing her to be so rude and that i may have questions due to never receiving a bill and just walking out of their office, being charge 300 every time i walk in and having insurance is just a shock especially since i am coming once a month
