Excellent service during my pets urgent care, everyone was kind, professional and reassuring. I have switched to the medical center for my pets yearly vaccinations, physical and will encourage anyone to become a client!

DO NOT TAKE your pet here for any emergency I took my dog in for a dog bite and she walked in they gave her medicine she was dead 1 hour later I paid 300 dollars for a visit then when I returned with a deceased dog they then said I would have to pay an additional fee for a cremation after I expressed my emotions of having lost a pet at the hands of this facility they then offered a refund for this toxic dose of medicine

The place is not shiny but the doc was great and didn’t not try to rip me off like in many other Vet clinics that are bought out and don’t even make their prices anymore!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were compassionate, calm, and incredibly professional, which made a very stressful emergency situation so much easier. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, treated my dog with so much care and kindness, and made sure I felt informed and reassured throughout the entire visit. I’m beyond grateful for the level of attention and expertise we received. I truly couldn’t have asked for better care for my pup and highly recommend this veterinary team. My dog would not be here without Dr. Guishard and her staff!

Nipsey, our 12 week old Blue Tricolor Chihuahua had his first set of shots yesterday. First, I must say the front door staff was very informative. They kept us informed on when the provider was going to see our pup. Other customers stated how great they are here as well. So everyone was friendly. It was amazingly clean which i am VERY pleased coming from working in the healthcare field. So that made me feel comfortable to know Nipsey is going to get the best care he needs and deserved. Next the Veterinarian Hannah Guishard, DVM was amazing with her knowledge and professionalism was amazing with the other staff in the back. Hannah Guishard, DVM Will always forever be Nipsey’s Doctor for his entire life. If i could give 10 stars it would be that. We are more than pleased with the entire facility. I adopted two of my dogs from here and I can’t thank Jenni enough for helping me through the entire process. She is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern about one of my pups she responds immediately and is always willing to help. She truly goes above and beyond and it means so much. I highly recommend this place thank you Jenni for everything you’ve done for me and my dogs.

I adopted my cat, Mufasa, from Union City Medical Center and I couldn’t be happier with the care he has received from Jenni & the staff. When Mufasa suddenly got sick, they told me to bring him in right away and took great care of him. While he was in their care, Jenni kept me updated on how Mufasa was doing, and they even let me come visit him while he was recovering, which meant so much to me. Mufasa is doing much better now and has continued to get his vaccines here. Every visit has been a great experience. The whole staff is always friendly, and it’s clear that everyone truly cares about Mufasa. I would like to give Jenni a special shout-out for being such an amazing help and for always checking up on Mufasa. Thank you for everything you do!

this place SUCKS DO NOT take your pet here they have no idea what there doing. said to bring my pet in immediately for emergency and proceeded to take 8 hours to do anything and tell us nothing. all they care about is money not your pet.

I’ve taken my dog to this vet in the past for emergency care and they were great. Not this time. I called with the intention of bringing my dog after hours (5:00am). I was told it was more expensive at this time. I explained I was aware and I have pet insurance. Then she tells me the doctor was preoccupied so there would be a long wait. I explained my dog has had at least two seizures in the last 3 hours so she told me to try the Emergency vet in Fayetteville. What use is an emergency vet in my area if they don’t respond to emergencies?
