I have been renting from them for 8yrs. They have their faults but over all, it’s a good company. They have never just “pop up” or enter my home without permission or an adult being there. They repair staff is ALWAYS nice and professional. Yes, I have needed repairs in 8 yrs of obviously. But they always came that day or early the next day. They pick up after themselves and get the work done as quickly as possible. They have replaced my dishwasher and refrigerator without hassle or harassment. We was lucky to find this company... because me and my husband's credit wasn't good... we lived here for 5 years. Basically if you're looking for somewhere that the landlord fixes everything, this is not the place. The only problem we really had was our stove kept breaking and the ac unit went out once but after reporting the issue it probably took them a day to come out and fix. You really have to be independent living in their homes... luckily my husband could fix everything...

This is the best Home Rental Management Company in Georgia. The staff is friendly, and maintenance couldn't be any better! If renting in Georgia, this is the company to work with!
