The Romulus Group of Georgia Home Inspections

10/10 would definitely recommend. My realtor hired the Romulus Group for a home inspection. I would’ve spent thousands on the items that weren’t called out or could’ve been missed in the sale of the home. We even had tips and recommendations that we could work on to improve the quality of things in the house. When we look at buying our investment property and have friends that are looking to buy we will definitely recommend the Romulus Group inspectors. I can thank you enough for everything.

Todd Strader was absolutely fantastic, couldn't be happier with the whole process. I had to step out of town, so Todd did his best to move things around to accommodate my schedule to fit my available day and even pushed it up an hour due to my time constraints. Communication was excellent, and the thorough and detailed report he sent for the property in question was even better. Very professional and pleasant experience.

My mom and I were each purchasing a new construction townhouse side by side and I needed somebody to inspect the pre-drywall inspection mid-way through the construction as well as the pre-closing final inspection. He provided all the necessary documents to the builders. Todd has been very professional and informative with everything.
